Job description / Role
Are you an experienced Tablewear Buyer?
An exciting new role has arisen with one of our prestigious retail clients in Dubai. The company is a global luxury homewear brand with numerous stores across the UAE and the GCC.
As Tablewear buyer you will be responsible for;
- Product selection
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Pitching new ideas to add to the collection
- Keeping up to date on the latest trends ensuring the product selection stays current
- Managing stock
- Managing pricing and promotions
- Working closely with the marketing team ensuring all Marketing, PR (articles in magazines etc. and other media outlets) and Social Media is correct and sufficient for the business needs
Salary:
AED
13,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The ideal person will have solid experience in 'tablewear buying', must have a real eye for detail, be creative with a real passion for what you do. You will be extremely personable, pro-active and will have experience of attending trade fairs and networking.
Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
