Job description / Role
To advise customers on shaping and altering items to suit their preferences / tastes, carrying out the necessary repairs as per customer specifications and delivering the goods on time with a view to offer excellent customer service while enhancing company's image & business and solicit the continued patronage of key customers
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Advise customers on the options available to help shape/ alter the items to suit their requirements/ preferences/ tastes to enable them to make informed decisions on their purchases
• Offer customer service of the highest quality by carrying out alterations to clothes as per the specifications given by customers and deliver the goods on time, so as to enable them to enjoy a personalized service and a happy shopping experience.
• High School qualification with a diploma or certificate in tailoring
• 2 - 3 years experience in the fashion industry
