Talagog Speaking Coordinator

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Talago Speaking Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating speaking engagements, liaising with speakers, and ensuring seamless event execution. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for public speaking events.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of Talago speaking events.
- Communicate effectively with speakers to understand their needs and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of event materials and speaker briefs.
- Work closely with event teams to ensure smooth execution of speaking sessions.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with speakers and stakeholders.
- Handle any issues or changes promptly to maintain event quality.
- Maintain accurate records of speaking engagements and related communications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules effectively.
- Experience in event coordination or public speaking event management is preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and adaptability.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
