Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a global leader with diversified products, is currently in search of a Talent Acquisition Administrator

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide general day-to-day interview scheduling support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Develop a strong working relationship with the Talent Acquisition team, managers, candidates and HR community through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience with interviews taking place at the different Client locations in MENAT
- Schedule onsite interviews and send interview logistics to the interview team and candidates.
- Track metrics and maintain all communication templates for interview scheduling.
- Partner with recruiters to maintain recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Meeting the core KPI’s of quality & SLA measures, timeliness of work, positive feedback from internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Liaise with the HR Operations team to conduct certain components of the TR process
- Support TA team with managing employment offers & on-boarding activities in conjunction with HR Managers and Hiring Managers
- Ad hoc project support as required

Requirements

- Previous recruitment, HR or sales administration experience, preferably gained within an internal recruitment team or multinational corporation
- Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment process in a structured environment.
- Ability to provide effective administrative and candidate/client support as well engage with and influence key stakeholders to manage TA deliverables
- Advanced skills in MS Office are essential – advanced PowerPoint and spread sheeting skills
- Demonstrated experience in pro-actively looking at processes and independently analyzing current status and creating new processes
- Demonstrated organizational skills, high standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
- Previous experience managing calendars
- Strong time management / project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Approachable and responsive, ability to connect with team members at all levels, both in immediate and remote contexts
- Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proven customer service orientation
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Corporate environment in HR and / or general administrative role, specifically a multinational company
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to juggle completing demands and high attention to detail
