Position Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant
Employment Type: Contractual (3-6 months)
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
One of the well-known education institutes in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
• Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of Taleo and job boards
• Support Talent Team in posting jobs, screening CVs and initial screening calls for vacant positions
• Collect reference checks/background checks from candidates
• Provide reporting and regular status updates to the team
• Assist Talent Team with job fairs and company recruitment events
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Talent Acquisition; recruitment in Education industry is an advantage
• Must have experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Candidates must have their own sponsorship visa
