Talent Acquisition Executive

Creative Zone is expanding its award-winning advisory solutions across the Middle East by providing an end-to-end solution, right from setting up a business to help growing and sustaining them within the region.

Due to this exciting growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our People and Culture team in Dubai.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Talent Acquisition function within our Group of companies. The successful candidate will be supporting full cycle recruitment activities to ensure strong talent is recruited into the organization for defined customer groups

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and Manager to assist them in their daily operational tasks
• Supporting the recruitment process as per the strategy that has been agreed with the relevant TA Specialist and hiring manager.
• Supporting with marketing campaigns, website content and social media updates to promote the brand on social media channels and writing posts and adverts.
• Responsible for initial screening of candidates prior to Hiring Manager review
• Participating in projects and other tasks as agreed by TA Manger to drive excellence in the TA function
• Supporting the TA Specialists on additional tasks to help manage increased volumes or ad hoc requests in line with the overall team model

Requirements

To join our team you will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree qualified in a relevant field
• Previous commercial talent acquisition/ in house recruitment experience is essential.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to consistently follow through on commitments.
• Track record of proactively identifying areas for improvement and ways of working.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Knowledge of employment laws relating to recruitment activities.
• Knowledge of Recruitment Management Systems, CV sourcing strategies and LinkedIn recruiter.
• Amazing stakeholder management skills
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Outstanding communication skills both written and spoken
• A positive can-do attitude
• Passion for achieving results and exceeding targets
