Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will based out one of our iconic theme parks on Yas Island.

Your ever day job responsibilities will include:
· Sourcing for Farah’s next superstars
· Screening potential candidates for front line to mid-level roles
· Running assessment centers and conducting panel interviews with the business leaders
· On-boarding
· Getting involved in ad-hoc projects and engagement initiatives as needed

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need to:

· Be fluent in Arabic OR Mandarin (preferred not mandatory)
· Hold a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources
· Two to three years’ experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition function (agency candidates are welcome to apply)
· Strong Interviewing skills
· Willing to commute or relocate to Abu Dhabi
