Talent Acquisition Manager - UAE

EMR is an emerging markets foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently working with a leading multinational looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in UAE.

Our client is in need of a Talent Acquisition Manager to be part of a growing team of HR professionals in the UAE. The candidate will provide outstanding talent solutions that enable growth and advance market leader position; creating and deploying regional talent acquisition strategies across Middle East, Africa, Turkey and India to strengthen the organisation’s capabilities and ensure it has the talent to meet current and future business plans.

Responsibilities would include:
- Developing and executing effective multi-market recruitment and sourcing strategies that delivers top-quality talent and meet hiring plans in a timely and consistent approach
- Providing the Talent Acquisition leadership and guidance to Leaders, Hiring Managers, Human Resource Business Partners and Talent Acquisition staff
- Establishing strategic partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders
- Leveraging best-in-class benchmarks and effective metrics to effectively track results, identify trends and develop objectives and project plans to address opportunities that will have the largest impact in the region
- Implementing process improvements and education initiatives to drive recruiter / hiring manager process effectiveness and efficiency including competency-based interview support and training to hiring managers
- Developing talent pipelines for critical roles and using recruitment strategies to ensure job openings are filled with high quality hires with speed
- Selecting and managing appropriate local vendors who can provide best products and services to meet hiring needs outside of key global vendor partnerships
- Implementing practices including the articulation of the employment value proposition that ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle
- Developing and maintaining links with government institutions, key schools and local professional associations
- Building relevant metrics to steer activities and provide measurements and reports to the Leadership Team and key stakeholders as needed
- Identifying and participating in lucrative recruitment events and career fairs that are valuable for talent search / pipeline
- Ensuring consistent messaging across all job postings and communications. Leveraging social media and innovative channels to drive messaging and attraction

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or related field
- Minimum of 7 years in HR Management / talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a managerial role
