Talent Acquisition Manager

Charterhouse is exclusively working with an incredible e-commerce brand that is looking to grow their HR team with a Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is a 360 recruitment role where you will manage the full lifecycle at all levels across a wide range of roles.

Working within a strong HR team, this role requires someone who has strong stakeholder partnership experience, is extremely proactive, positive and truly enjoys recruitment. As well as operational recruiting you will also act as a Business Partner, working proactively to develop a talent pool and employer brand to ensure the business is able to attract the best possible talent. This role will also be heavily involved in project work, events, employee branding and active networking.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you should have a clear and demonstrable background of success within recruitment, preferably within a fast paced business with a focus on media, retail, FMCG or Fashion. You should have experience in leading a recruitment function, driving EVP initiatives, as well as, experience across change management and implementing recruitment initiatives and the ability to drive a high performing culture. Agency recruiters can be considered if they have the relevant experience.
