Job description / Role
I am currently looking for an experienced 'Talent Acquisition Manager with assessor experience' to join a large medical supplier based in the UAE. The candidate will be expected to travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai 1-2 times per week.
AED 18,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
The ideal candidate will have :
Minimum 5 years of full time experience in the HR field, specifically in end-to-end recruitment processes
Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
Experience working within a large group of companies or holding group.
Strong talent assessment skills that enable you to recognize and attract talented individuals
Professional networking skills that enable you to locate and continuously expand the candidate pool
Interpersonal skills which enable you to form effective working relationships
