Your new role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’re empowered to succeed by inspiring and managing the new requisitions and the recruitment administration process. With access to market-leading tools and resources, and by working with diverse high calibre customers, you’ll be encouraged to continuously seek new and better solutions in:

- Proactively manage the recruitment process from requisition to placement
- Ensure contractual SLAs and KPIs are met and exceeded
- Engage with stakeholders to promote the recruitment process
- Update the Client ATS on requisition and candidate stage and status
- Maintain a structured working relationship with Sourcing Partners and Recruitment Coordinators to deliver efficient and timely results on all projects
- Review longlists and shortlist of candidates where applicable and deliver appropriate feedback
- Proactively engage with Stakeholders for workforce planning, demand management and strategic alignment as required to ensure the team is prepared for upcoming demands
- Drive requisition intakes, review calls and associated calls with Stakeholders including collaboration with members of the - Staffing Leadership and HR to fulfil requisition requirements within defined SLAs parameters
- Proactive input into maximising efficiency of recruiting process, raising relevant actions to Staffing Manager for endorsement and implementation
- Providing creativity and innovation to any relevant areas which would help Hays Enterprise Solutions achieve and exceed the requirements expected within the agreed service to the Client
- Where appropriate telephone screening candidates in periods of high volumes in conjunction with other team members
- Ensure candidates are fully briefed for interviews
- Manage the provision of comprehensive and timely feedback to candidates
