Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts within the hospitality sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will drive the strategic acquisition of top talent, ensuring we build a skilled and motivated workforce to support our growth and service excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry contacts.
- Stay up-to-date with latest recruitment trends and best practices relevant to the hospitality sector.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry for more than 5 years working experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and team leadership abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Understanding of UAE labor laws and employment regulations relevant to recruitment.
