Job description / Role
We looking for an experienced, creative and innovative recruiter / talent acquisition manager to join a leading client embarking on a new digital journey. The chance to help shape the organisation by building new agile teams along with open source technologists, UI/UX, Data Science and Devops skill-sets.
The key aspect of the role will be to put a recruitment process in place that can help identify, attract and secure top talent for the organisation whilst delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Establishing recruitment requirements for digital business
* Work with Senior Digital stakeholders to identify priorities and build key sourcing channels for potential candidates
* Design and implement company-wide recruitment strategies
* Screen resumes, applicants and conduct interviews with candidates
* Work with the business to develop organisation 'sell' and suggest ideas to improve attractiveness
Experience required:
* Relevant degree
* Relevant experience working as a technical recruiter, specifically with experience of recruiting digital skill sets
* Strong interest in the digital space
* Good track record of designing and delivering an internal recruitment framework and process
