Job description / Role
• Get new head count approval from Finance
• Ensure recruitment selections & attractions is better (better fit candidates and better tools are utilized)
• Reduce spend on budget
• Manage the Job Description for all jobs and ensure it is developed and updated according to the current structure.
• Evaluate and present reports about the employees’ performance and suitability to a job when needed.
• Develop and manage systems for manpower planning.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
• To study and implement the Human Resources Law – manpower planning policy to ensure the rules and regulations are adhered with government authorities wherever necessary for any Personnel related work.
• Coordinate support services and represents the organization to department managers, staff, the community or other organizations.
• Manage the transfer and promotion of employees and ensure it is according to the policy and procedure.
• Ensure the implement of “Nationalization Programs” in the yearly manpower plan.
Requirements
• Must be a UAE National (with family book)
• Must be base in Dubai, UAE
• Must have at least 8 years relevant experience
• Must have managed a team
• Must have experience in developing and managing systems for manpower planning
• Must have experience in implementing "Nationalization Programs" in the yearly manpower plan
