My client is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager is coming from a software development business. This person will lead the talent acquisition for the business.

• The ideal candidate will have 10+ years recruiting in a software development company and have experience in recruiting Game developers, App developers, IOS developers and Android Developers.
• The role will report directly to the CEO.

Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:
• Circa 10 - 15 years’ recruitment experience
• Coming from a software development company
• Experience in hiring software developers
• New ideas: In terms of systems, processes, assessment and behavioural tests.
• Experience searching globally for talent
• Credible, Strategic, Proactive and Influencer
• Strong communicator
