The Role

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborating with leadership to forecast hiring needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
- Leveraging your agency experience to attract high-calibre candidates through innovative sourcing methods.
- Staying ahead of market trends, with a deep understanding of the Data, AI, Digital, and Blockchain ecosystems.

Requirements:
Academic Background
- The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or a related field. This academic foundation ensures they possess the essential understanding of organisational dynamics, behavioural psychology, and strategic management—key elements for identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent. A master’s degree in HR, organisational behaviour, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Professional Experience
- Agency recruitment expertise with a minimum of three years’ experience in a fast-paced agency recruitment setting. This ensures the candidate is equipped with proven methodologies for sourcing, engaging, and managing diverse talent pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience in hiring for roles in data, digital, AI, crypto, or blockchain industries. A deep understanding of the unique skills and challenges in these areas is essential.
- Strong experience in collaborating with senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Familiarity with the Dubai talent market, including local hiring practices, labour laws, and cultural nuances, will be advantageous.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A natural networker who thrives on cultivating meaningful connections with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Expertise in leveraging cutting-edge sourcing techniques, including AI-driven tools, advanced Boolean searches, and data-driven recruitment strategies, to identify high-potential candidates in competitive fields.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering quality results.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and recruitment analytics tools to streamline processes and provide data-driven insights.
- A strong focus on creating exceptional candidate journeys, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the company’s culture and values.

Salary:
AED
12,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
