Job description / Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join a large company based in the region with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The candidate MUST also have experience in either developing or managing assessment centers.
Salary:
AED
18,000 to 22,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven experience as talent acquisition/hiring manager
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Excellent communication skills
• A BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
