The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting and managing real estate agents, and a proven track record of success in talent acquisition within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will also have a relentless desire for growth, and a passion for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure the firm has the best talent in the industry.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and manage the entire recruitment process.
- Identify and engage top talent in the real estate industry through various channels, including social media, networking events, and professional organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR, and candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization of recruitment strategies.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, strategies, and tools.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
