Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest IT organisations in the Middle East
* Must have strong talent acquisition experience with a technology background

Responsibilities:

* Develop a strong sense of knowledge and understanding of the organisation's business lines, HR initiatives and processes via managing key stakeholders in a variety of segments such as HR strategy, organisational capability, talent management and employee relations
* Become a custodian of the organisation's HR and talent strategy whilst playing a key role in actively seeking new resources and solving complex problems to help achieve designated goals
* Serve as an experienced consultant to provide HR subject matter expertise and thought leadership to key internal stakeholders
* Coordinate with business leaders to resolve team or individual performance concerns and recommend performance improvement strategies
* Leverage and foster teamwork with various HR teams and technology departments for employee relations, talent acquisition and employment compliance matters
* Drive continuous improvement and value to capture opportunities within a complex enterprise organization.
* Identify, resolve and escalate concerns and risks in a timely manner
* Collaborate with various departments such as benefits, compensation, learning and development and recruiting to provide innovative and creative employee reward solutions
* Serve as a leader of change and drive adoption of new approaches, programs and technologies, and diversity/inclusion tactics

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

* A minimum of 7+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience with a strong technology background (not specific to any industry)
* Strong organizational capabilities and stakeholder management skills
* Strong ability to influence, negotiate and sole complex problems
* Exposure to HR technology (HCM/HRIS/HRMS/any other relevant tech)
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development or any relevant degree
