With extensive projects across the region, our client is a well-established company involved in creative experiences and events. With a highly motivated team based in Dubai and headquarters in London, UK they now require an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist from a similar creative industry background. The successful individual will posses a professional and robust approach and will work closely with the Managing Director in Dubai to provide manpower planning and recruitment to the project teams on the ground.
Therefore, it is essential that you are able to provide an ongoing pool of talent that at times you will call upon to utilise their skills at very short notice for both short- and long-term requirements. You will have a strong understanding of the industry and the expertise available in the region to provide advice in this regard to your peers and seniors in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and the UK.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be joining an exceptionally fast paced environment and therefore, you will be recruiting for all vacancies across all functions, levels of seniority and technical specialisms. You will seek out both passive and active candidates and see them throughout the complete cycle. It is vital that you reach out to the prospective candidates quickly to reduce the hiring times and ensure that all information with regards to capability, skills, assessment criteria and contact is uploaded onto the internal system daily.
Using new and innovative ideas to source candidates and keeping yourself constantly updated with market trends and a pipeline of talent, you will represent the company as a professional and supportive Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist. Therefore, strong communication skills are required and a highly organised approach to handle candidates with professionalism at all times, no matter what the final outcome. With constant liaison with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies, you will ensure all parties are well informed throughout the process, via open and honest dialogue from the initial vacancy discussions through to the onboarding of the successful applicant. Essentially, it is a dynamic role where fostering relationships with all stakeholders and candidates is an essential part of the job.
This is a highly dynamic and fast paced environment, where you will be expected to achieve results from day one. The ability to make an immediate impact in the team to manage multiple vacancies and maintain communication with all involved is essential. You will be an experienced professional with a robust approach to challenge and push back when necessary to ensure you are seen as the talent and recruitment expert across the region. Those with additional Arabic language skills and in house exposure are viewed as highly advantageous.
