Job description / Role

Working for a prestigious, local government entity you will work as a strategic talent acquisition partner and have exposure to other HR projects including ER and WFP.

A top tier local Government entity, located in Abu Dhabi.

Description

* Partner with hiring managers and teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
* Source for candidates using various platforms
* Conduct interviews of strategic level candidates (locals and expats) across a range of backgrounds
* Schedule interviews and assist with the interview process
* Support with the design of the overall recruitment strategy
* Promote the entities employer branding
* Manage the offer and negotiation process
* Work across various HR projects also including employee relations and workforce planning

Requirements

* UAE National with family book (any Emirate)
* Bachelors degree with a strong academic track record
* Fluent in English and Arabic
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Recruitment / talent acquisition and employee relations experience is required
* Private sector exposure preferred
