Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: To develop and implement a full Recruitment strategy, including candidate sourcing methodologies, on boarding processes and employee engagement policies.

Description
* Develop and define the most effective sourcing strategies
* Efficiently manage all internal and external recruitment processes
* Develop and maintain a on boarding program to ensure an enhanced new employee joining experience
* Manage all graduate and internship recruitment
* Manage the emiratisation programs across the organisation

Job Offer

Requirements

* Bachelor degree educated
* Masters degree is preferred
* CIPD qualification is preferred
* A minimum of 4-6 years of recruitment experience within the region
* Experience within strategic planning of recruitment functions
* Experience running assessment centres - Advantageous
