* Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to report directly to the HRM, to support their recruitment drive across the UAE

* Manage the recruitment function for the entire Middle East operations
* Work alongside the HR Manager to develop the Talent Acquisition strategies for the business
* Manage succession planning
* Develop strong talent pipelines
* Improve candidate attraction and engagement levels
* Work with management and universities to improve graduate recruitment
