Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
• Receive resumes/emails and sort them according to requirement of the position, and prepare list of received matched resumes and forward to HR Manager and Departmental Manager for final selection of candidate for interview.
• Receive selected candidate list from HR Manager for invite them via email or phone for interview along with location of the interview.
• Maintain and update employee personal file and keep all data confidential.
• Responds to applicants’ inquiries both orally and in writing.
• Coordinate with selected candidate and provide details for the required documents for processing of employment visa and also collect the required documents.
• Assist HR Manager in accomplishment of Strategic HR goals and objectives through attracting competent and professional Human Capital.
• Coordinate with Public Relation Officer/Assistant Public Relation and submit the required documents for visa processing and continuously coordinate with selected candidate for any other requirement and answering of queries from candidate.
• Selection of candidate for interview schedule in consultation with HR Manager.
• Posting job advertisements in consultation with the HR Manager.
• Drafting of jobs advertisement and interview schedule in consultation with required department and HR Manager.
• Review performance evaluation form and provide necessary comments and forward the same to HR Manager for approval.
• After receiving approval, Talent Acquisition Specialist drafts Offer Letter and forward to HR Manager for review and approval and send/handover to approved candidate(s).
• Ensure that key objectives, relating to the recruitment and selection services are achieved.
• Plans, organizes, and coordinates recruitment activities.

Requirements

Qualification:
• Bachelor in Human Resource or any equivalent degree from a reputable university.

Experience:
• Five (5) years of experience in Human Resource function in a reputable organization or recruitment agency which of them 3 years in Recruitment Specialist in UAE.
• Experience in recruiting employees for paint manufacturing organization would be an edge on other candidates.
