Description

We are growing! We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Dubai office.

About us:

Founded in 2006, CXG is a global customer experience agency specializing in the premium and luxury industries. We serve over 200 luxury clients with a multicultural team of 250+ professionals. Our mission is to help brands transform customer and employee experiences to tap into their full business potential. We do so through tailored insights, strategy, and implementation. We are passionate about delivering impact. Our clients include the world’s most admired luxury houses, and our solutions combine research, technology, and human expertise to elevate every customer interaction.

Your role:

As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of CXG’s Global People Team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across CXG’s offices worldwide, supporting our global growth by attracting and hiring the best talent. You will also oversee global mobility processes and contribute to People initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Your responsibilities:

1. Global Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead recruitment for CXG’s offices across EMEA, Americas, and APAC regions, and remote hires.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including: job postings, CV screening, HR interviews, assessments, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure an efficient, aligned recruitment process.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent globally.
  • Conduct first-round interviews to assess competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Enhance the overall candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and smooth process flow.
  • Support recruitment-related initiatives including employer branding, policy updates, and improvements to hiring tools and workflows.

2. Ad hoc projects:

  • Assist in enhancing the employee referral program through structured communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support people-related priorities as needed.

3. Systems, tools & vendor management:

  • Manage core People systems including Workable, AssessFirst, and HR SharePoint.
  • Evaluate and test new recruitment or assessment tools as needed to support hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors when required and provide feedback regarding system performance or tool suitability.

4. Global mobility:

  • Lead global mobility processes, including geographical relocations and departmental/internal moves.
  • Meet with employees to understand their motivations, plans, and readiness for mobility, and provide guidance on available options.
  • Coordinate the full mobility cycle with HRBPs, managers, and employees to ensure smooth, compliant, and well-supported transitions.

Requirements

What you will bring along:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within an international or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions and levels.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, assessment tools, and HR systems (ex: Workable, AssessFirst).
  • Ability to operate autonomously with high ownership, make informed decisions, and drive processes end-to-end without daily oversight.
  • Strong sense of prioritization and ability to handle simultaneous global searches under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication and ability to craft clear, tactful messages for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with flawless document accuracy (offers, job ads, summaries, interview notes).
  • Strong process discipline: ability to track pipelines, follow structured workflows, and maintain updated documentation and dashboards.
  • Confidence to challenge and advise managers respectfully while maintaining a high level of partnership.
  • Comfort using data to track recruitment metrics, improve processes, and support decision-making.
  • Experience supporting international mobility processes, including basic understanding of visa, relocation, and compliance considerations.
  • High cultural awareness and ability to adapt communication across regions and seniority levels.
  • Experience in consulting, luxury, customer experience, or multinational environments.
