Job Description

• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates to attend interviews on the scheduled date, time, and venue.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Assist with the visa application process.
• Design a creative sourcing strategy and build strong pipelines for specific roles.
