Job description / Role
The individual will be responsible for leading and developing the talent acquisition process for this immensely successful business internationally who are expected to grow to a turnover of $1bn USD in the next couple of years and subsequent expansion of the global teams.

Leading chartering and tanker operations business with immense growth and potential over the last 10 years. The business have expanded into trading and various projects in the energy sector. They are currently present in more than 60 countries across the globe with offices in five leading cities internationally.
Description
Key responsibilities for the role include:
* Resourcing of Talent from various platforms and agencies as per the open job positions.
* Prepare and develop talent acquisition process and methods.
* Prepare and assist in hiring procedures - analysis, tests, metrics.
* Identify tie ups with strategic websites and universities.
* Manage all candidate communication and process.
* Facilitate on-boarding of employees.
* Carry out semiannual / annual appraisals and review of staff in coordination with Head of Department
* Develop talent retention - Assist in developing and maintaining employee skill & professional development including tools and procedures.
* Lead employment engagement and employment related branding initiatives.

Requirements
Key prerequisites include:
* Talent Acquisition experience in Shipping/Commodities industry of Minimum 3+ years, COMPULSORY.
* Open to international experience
* Excellent communicator with great people skills.
* Exceptionally analytical and strong organisation skills.
* Strong in the use of web based tools and social media
* Great use of initiative to drive ideas and process refinement throughout the business
* Strong stakeholder management and recruitment process advise to line managers
