Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• This individual will manage the full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates.

• Design, implement and execute robust and innovative recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent and meet hiring goals.

• Build and maintain long term relationships with internal stakeholders, develop full understanding of their hiring needs and projections in partnership with Sourcing Specialist, design and implement sourcing strategies to proactively build external talent pipelines

• Manage a team of 3 Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of relevant work experience in UAE with a Bachelors Degree.

• Experience in volume and corporate recruiting for experienced talent, in a multinational organization with highly matrixed environment

• Strong consultative, influential, and collaborative skill
