Job description / Role

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.

What you will be doing:

- In-charge of recruitment; from posting job vacancies, screening and calling qualified applicants, to coordination with Department Heads
- Payroll champion; check attendances and overtime reports, process final settlement and change of status for all employees
- Enrolment of new hires to medical and life insurance; application of salary cards
- Other tasks as assigned by the department head

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Experience of at least 2 years in the same role in a hotel in UAE
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Competency using a variety of computer softwares
