Talent & Culture Executive (HR Executive)

What you will be doing:
- Assist Director of Talent & Culture in overall Talent & Culture (T&C) strategy, yearly budget preparation and manning structure.
- Ensure all Talent & Culture files including personal bank details, CV's, work visas, passport control, medical insurance benefits, accommodation, security keys, pre & post-employment correspondence etc., are maintained and updated in accordance with company guidelines and applicable laws of the UAE.
- Prepare monthly T&C reports as and when required. Oversee the payroll function and remittance of monthly salaries to all employees.
- Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinary, grievances...etc
- Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and departments have enough manning to support operations at all times.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge in dealing with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
