We are looking for a Talent & Culture Executive to recruit for Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi - the most iconic hotel in Abu Dhabi.

What you will be doing?
As a Talent & Culture Executive - Recruitment, your duties include planning and sourcing candidates. You should build a strong employer brand for our company.

- Filling positions within an organization.
- Collaborate with Department Heads in hiring / staffing requirements and retaining the top best talent.
- Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Be active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and job application forms.
- Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.
- Interview job candidates via calls and conduct on-site interviews.
- Preparing job offers.
- Handling of administration and record-keeping.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include.

- Previous hotel experience is an asset
- Recruitment experience is a MUST.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques.
- Strong administrative skills and document handling.
- Digital competency; Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications required
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Organized; Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies.
- Highly responsible, organized & reliable
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team while setting and completing individual deadlines
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
