Your experience and skills include:
- Assist in hotel recruitment process.
- Assist in handling database and tracking systems.
- Coordinate employee relations process.
- Coordinate employment visa process with the public relations officer.
- Assist Talent & Culture department by providing assistance in colleagues' accommodation and ensure its cleanliness and readiness for all existing colleagues and new joiners.
- Provide assistance in coordinating training room requirements.
Requirements
Your experience and skills include:
- Good communication and organizing skills
- Positive attitude.
- Flexibility to do other T&C tasks occasionally.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
