Job description / Role
Under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Training Manager within the limits of Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk policies and procedures; assist colleagues with HR related matters, support HR colleagues with admin related tasks, as well as provide classroom trainings and maintain training administration.
Requirements:
- Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period
- Enrolled in a degree in relation to Hospitality Management
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred
- Eloquent in English
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Interpersonal skills, Time and Task Management skills
- Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
- Have experience with designing and analytical skill is a plus
- Eyes for details, good organization skills and logic thinking
