TALENT DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN COLLABORATOR for a Leading Hospitality Group in UAE
Male/Female, Open to ANY nationals
Up to 35 y/o only
Minimum of 3yrs of experience in Talent Development
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Strong data collection and reporting skills
Strong detail orientation and organizational and time management skills
Basic marketing and video editing experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Basic to Intermediate facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to partner and collaborate across broad range of associates from line staff to leaders
Basic to Intermediate Photoshop / Illustrator / video editing skills
Basic to Intermediate project management skills
