The Talent & Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources operations while leading learning, development, and talent growth initiatives across Capital Suites. This role ensures HR processes are compliant, employee-centric, and aligned with business objectives, while building a strong culture of performance, engagement, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

Qualifications
• Proven HR, as well as Learning & Development experience in luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
• UAE-based candidates preferred
