Job description / Role
You will outline and examine scalable HR solutions in line with strategic goals, to create a future fit, data-driven workforce. You will evaluate the state of the workforce and current gaps (knowledge/skills) and develop upskilling and reskilling pathways against future demands.

Description
* Design leadership and professional development programs to promote leadership skills in current and prospective future leaders.
* Develop and oversee the execution of new workforce planning and transitioning frameworks.
* Assist in the design and implementation of programs for key initiatives in line with strategic goals.
* Check and verify the standardization of systems and practices across government entities
* Operate central programs related to talent identification, succession planning, leadership development, executive assessment and selection, for specific targeted groups.
Requirements
Job Offer
* At least 4 years' experience working in projects involving capability development, strategic workforce planning, employee upskilling and redeployment.
* Critical thinking and problem solving skills
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in in Human Resource Management/Organisational Development or related field
* Proficiency in strategic workforce planning and reskilling strategy.
* Strong communication skills and learning agility
* Must be a UAE National
