Job description / Role
• To look after the employee evolution process, grooming and career development of our employees.
• To be responsible for providing forward-thinking and to interact with employees at all level and across disciplines.
• Looking after internal employee engagement program's and conducting quarterly group interview days.
• Looking after end to end internal recruitment through a detailed and planned succession planning formula
• Communicating and interacting with various high level stakeholders of departments
Salary:
AED
22,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
