This is a great opportunity for qualified Emiratis who seek to enhance their career in TM and OD. This position focuses on assisting the Talent Management and OD Section Head in designing and implementing talent management and leadership development. This role will effectively, co-design and manage execution of initiatives that build talent capability, enhance organization functioning, and develop bench strength through personal development plans, talent reviews, succession planning, change management, career frameworks, and learning interventions to improve team and organization effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities

• Effectively coordinate and execute talent development programs and other organizational development initiatives of DP, in order to achieve the strategic business goal of strengthening the organization leadership pipeline.
• Support implementation of end-to-end talent initiatives for critical capabilities in Area/Function, measurably strengthening the talent pool.
• Provide assistance in co-developing and executing learning and development methodologies to drive the production of high quality, scalable and effective learning experiences, achieved on time, within budget, and resulting in highly effective talent pools who exceed stakeholder requirements and needs.
• Identify, in collaboration with the Learning and Development Manager, business leaders and managers training needs and trends within the business.
• Be the custodian of DP eLearning portals, creating excitement among employees, maximizing take up and advising? employees on most suitable courses to meet individual development needs, which have been identified through either Performance Development Objectives/Plans or the Talent Review Process.
• Identify proactively talent and learning process enhancements in support of developing a diverse customer focused high-performing culture.
• Develop, report and consolidate organization-wide talent analytics to enable informed decision making by management.
• Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery; ensure timely and accurate processing/payment of invoices.
• Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders to clearly understand the business, target audience and content needs to construct learning and performance outcomes on time or ahead of schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management
• MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or CIPD is an advantage
• Experience in OD and Talent Management
• Skills in Organization Diagnosis, Planning and Implementing Interventions
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Must possess good interpersonal and facilitation skills
