Description
* Develop and implement Talent Management and Learning & Development strategies.
* Design career management frameworks and succession planning policies.
* Execute coaching and mentoring programmes for key talent.
* Conduct training needs analysis and recommend annual training budgets.
* Monitor implementation of career paths and talent initiatives.
* Assess readiness of successors and link development needs to L&D plans.
* Collaborate with consultants and training providers for programme delivery.

Requirements:
Key prerequisites include:
* Minimum 8+ years in senior L&D roles within large organisations.
* At least 5 years within an L&D department for 400+ employees.
* Proven experience in competency frameworks, career development, succession planning
* Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or HR; CIPD/SPHR certifications preferred.
