Then we are looking for a TALENT MANAGER who has the skills and abilities to perform the below (not limited to) activities:

• Look after the employee evolution process, grooming and career development of our employees.
• Be responsible for providing forward-thinking advises and to interact with employees at all level and across disciplines.
• Look after internal employee engagement program's and conducting quarterly group interview days.
• Look after end to end internal recruitment through a detailed and planned succession planning formula.
• Communicate and interact with various high level stakeholders of departments.

Requirements

Candidates with the following experiences, abilities, skills and mind sets are ones whom we are targeting...

• Open Minded, Energetic & positive spirited.
• Good Self-Management & disciplinary abilities
• Fairness, proactive and is an Efficient communicator
• Ability to work under pressure
• Human & Result oriented
• Solid knowledge of HR practices with experience in a key area of HR such as employee relations and/or talent Management.
• Demonstrates experience serving as a true hands-on, collaborative business partner.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
• Reputation for integrity and dedicated work ethic with desire for ownership of process and product success.
• HR / People Management Consultancy background are highly preferred
