- Extensive process socialisation with the HR teams
- Perform data analytics for each part of the talent management program
- Manage the 360 assessments across the business
- Develop the top talent agenda
- Design leading succession plans within the business

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years HR/Talent experience
- Bachelor degree educated - HR or similar topic
- Masters degree educated - Preferred
- Minimum of 2 years within a management role
