Talent & Performance Manager -UAE
My client, a large Prestigious group in Dubai, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to develop the talent and Performance Management Framework, tools, and processes needed to support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives ensuring an integrated approach for Talent Management across the company. Candidate must have strong expertise in Talent Management and succession planning process outlining the guidelines for areas such as talent identification and leadership development
* Minimum 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years' experience leading a Talent Management Team
* Should have good organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines
* Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills
* Should be able to lead, develop and motivate teams
