The Talent Pool Program is a tailored career entry path for UAE nationals who are just starting out, whether you're a fresh graduate or have experience. This program provides full-time employment opportunities with a structured development track.

You will join the company as a permanent employee from day one, placed in a department that matches your academic background and where you see yourself growing. The program lasts for 12 months, during which you'll gain real on-the-job experience, mentorship, and professional skills.

What is next?

After successfully completing the one-year program, you'll transition into an integrated full-time employee role with adjusted salary, standard working hours, and expanded responsibilities.
