Tax Accountant

Job description / Role

• Auditing, assist with tax audits and tax returns
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements
• Bookkeeping and data entry
• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Inventory & Stock control
• Preparation of all kinds of accounting and financial reports
• Banking relationships
• VAT calculations, registration, de-registration, return filing, etc.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant who has the relevant BA and Masters degrees, and certifications either from his home country or
UAE – ideally both if possible.
• Completed the ACCA certification papers or CA
• Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to Analyze financial reports and forecasts.
• 4 years’ experience in UAE in Auditing and Accounting firm
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent IT literature is required.
• Advanced level MS Office programs including MS Outlook, and Tally ERP knowledge is a must.
• Arabic is Compulsory
