Tax Intern

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and convert data into a tax product (advisory/compliance) for GCC countries and clients
• Be responsible for complete execution of the assigned engagements (a) Preparation and assistance with return filing and report generation
• Provide quality service, be commercial and reduce rework
• Prepare Client Specific documentation and record all the changes and adjustments
• Thoroughly check documents for Tax inspections for clients in GCC
• Be up to date on Tax trends, developments and technical authorities
• Build internal networks to develop understanding of service line, offerings and bring potential opportunities to the attention of the team
• Coordinate with the manager/senior executive for planning and management of assignments
• Maintain composure and exercises control in pressure situations in the team
• Ability to meet/adhere to strict deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Legal, or Tax.
• Professional Certificate such as ACCA, CPA, ICAI, CIAEW ADIT, CTA preferred

Skills required:
• Eager to apply your accounting knowledge to the field of Tax and become a Tax expert
• Availability to travel within the GCC
• MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Word & MS Excel)
• Excellent English skills (Reading, Speaking and Writing)
