About the Role
We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Teacher of Business Studies for Cambridge High School, Abudhabi. This appointment is for September 2023 start.
Established in 1988, The Cambridge High School, Abu Dhabi, provides high-quality education based on The National Curriculum for England to students from FS 2 to Year 13. The school ensures a holistic education by providing the students with an excellent value-based curriculum and a wide range of activities and opportunities designed to provide quality education with high expectations.
The school prepares students for the IGCSE (General Certificate of Secondary Education), AS, and A Levels. Our examination results have been consistently above the U.K. national averages. The school is also an approved center for the University of Cambridge International Examinations.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Business Studies to join the School. Business Studies is amongst our most popular options subjects at both GCSE and A Level; with 9 groups across GCSE and 8 groups across the A Level cohort, this is a fantastic opportunity to teach Business Studies to an advanced level.

Requirements
The successful applicant will be required to have the following:
- A B.Ed. or degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent with exceptional subject knowledge.
- At least 3 years experience in the National Curriculum for England.
- Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level. We are seeking to appoint talented, highly motivated, and well-qualified individuals. You should have a proven track record of outstanding learning and teaching.
- A mindset that understands all students have the potential for top performance, and the drive and passion for enabling them to do so.
- Experience which will enable a contribution to our enriched curriculum program.
