Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Classroom Instruction: Assist the lead teacher in delivering lessons and facilitating classroom activities, ensuring that students understand the material and stay engaged.
• Preparing Educational Materials: Create and organize instructional materials, including worksheets and visual aids, to enhance the learning experience.
• Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive learning environment by managing student behavior, encouraging participation, and addressing any disruptions.
• Providing Individualized Support: Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need additional help, offering personalized instruction and encouragement.
• Monitoring Student Progress: Track and document student performance, providing feedback to the lead teacher on individual progress and areas needing improvement.
• Facilitating Communication: Serve as a liaison between students, parents, and teachers, communicating important information regarding student progress and behavior.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with grading assignments, maintaining student records, and organizing classroom supplies, allowing the lead teacher to focus more on instruction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education or Cache Level-2.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized classroom environment.

Salary:
AED 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
