Team Administrator - Dubai

Our client is headquartered in the UK and was established in 1989 and now boasts over 100 offices in 50 countries. It has had a strong regional presence for the past twenty five years that continues to grow. Reporting to the General Manager, the role is pivotal in providing continuity, growth and support to the Middle East Consulting and Research teams.

Principle accountabilities include providing PA support to the General Manager and management team diaries, as well as inbox and linked in responses, act as the first point of contact for all calls and queries and ensuring that professional and consistent communication occurs at all times. You will manage the office in terms of maintenance, facilities management and be involved in various ad hoc projects for the team. There will also be potential assistance in the future for startup of new offices within the region which can include research on trade licensing, finding office spaces and assisting with staff recruitment.

Additionally, research, proposal preparation, setting up sales meetings and assisting with brand marketing strategy are all part of the remit as is database management, client care and management and overseeing the monthly accounts and assisting with annual audit.

Requirements

This is very much a team focused role and will suit an individual who enjoys working in a friendly, boutique and people centric environment. We are looking for someone who has previous team administration / PA experience with strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail and who is well able to handle pressure in a deadline driven environment.
