Job description / Role
Team Administrator- Abu Dhabi
Assisting the team in arranging & scheduling meetings and daily appointments.
Arranging minutes of all meetings, screening, directing phone calls.
Preparing correspondence.
Reminding the important tasks and deadlines.
Making travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas for the meeting, organizing internal meetings, managing database and filling system.
Dealing with incoming emails, faxes, posts, Courier tracking etc.
Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients.
Making PowerPoint presentation, making report in excel and managing database.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English
Bleacher degree in Business or any relevant subject
Flexible and can handle Pressure
