Team Administrator (Dubai)

Our client is headquartered in the UK and was established in 1989 and now boasts a strong international presence. It has been based in the region for the past twenty five years and is now looking to recruit a Team Assistant for the Dubai office. As a result of internal promotion, this role is now vacant and will report to the General Manager of Dubai as plays an important part in the continuity, growth and success of the business. Principle accountabilities include managing the office in terms of maintenance, facilities management and also be involved in various ad hoc projects for the team including arranging team events, upgrading office furniture, creating a library index of BD contacts and documentation etc. There will liaison with TECOM authorities, basic finance administration, payroll for the office and expenses calculations.

Requirements

There will be diary management for the consultants involving travel arrangements as well as managing all suppliers, stationaries, medical etc. You will be first point of call for all calls and queries and ensuring that professional and consistent communication occurs at all times. This is very much a team focused role and will suit an individual who enjoys working in a friendly, focused and people centric environment. We are looking for someone who has previous office coordination experience with strong organisational and project management skills, attention to detail and who is well able to handle pressure in a deadline driven environment. Hours are 8-5.
